Payment Options


At Gen Institute we have flexible payment plans and a number of different methods of payment. Students have the following options for payment:

Direct Deposit

Please visit your local Common Wealth Bank to pay by cash, cheque and EFTPOS (see below for banking details). Alternatively the same information can be found on your offer letter or invoice. It is important to provide (email) the deposit evidence and student enrolment details to the Accounts Office for identification purposes.

Pay at Reception

Take your offer letter or invoice to our reception located on campus. We accept Cash, EFTPOS and credit cards
(MasterCard and Visa).

Online Transfer / Or through Bank App

Pay your Fees by loggin in to your Bank account or Bank App on your Mobile.

Telegraphic Transfer

Please refer to your offer letter or invoice for amount. The banking information can be found (below) on this page. Transfer/remittance evidence and student enrolment detail must be provided in email or in person at reception for identification purpose.

  • Current Students please quote your student number, which is your account reference number in the Reference Number box.
