Surveys

Continuous improvement is an integral part of Gen Institute’s operations. Gen Institute’s feedback system collects information from various stakeholders for improving its operations in all aspects. Some of the surveys that Gen Institute undertakes and analyses for improving its operations are as follows

  • Pre-enrolment International Student feedback
  • Learner Questionnaire
  • Agent Student Appraisal feedback
  • Student Support Services feedback Survey

These surveys help us improve quality of our courses and students services. Gen Institute collects feedback data at regular intervals to help it evaluate quality training and assessment across all of its operations in line with the continuous improvement policy and procedure. Surveys are completely anonymous and used only for collecting and analysing feedback data for quality improvement and compliance purposes.

Gen Institute has a robust complaints and appeals policy and students must follow the procedure of complaints and appeals if they have any grievances and should not consider feedback forms as a part of the complaints and appeals process
