Gen Institute collects feedback data at regular intervals to help it evaluate quality training and assessment across all of its operations in line with the continuous improvement policy and procedure. Surveys are completely anonymous and used only for collecting and analysing feedback data for quality improvement and compliance purposes.
Gen Institute has a robust complaints and appeals policy and students must follow the procedure of complaints and appeals if they have any grievances and should not consider feedback forms as a part of the complaints and appeals process
